The enterprise F4E HealthcareForce International Inc. was established with the goal to provide skilled workers from the Philippines to Europe, Middle East and Asia.

We focus on both healthcare workers and other skilled workers.

• Healthcare workers for hospitals, healthcare facilities, private households, and other care institutions around the world, with a special focus on Germany/Europe, and the Middle East.
• Other skilled workers for any small, medium-sized or large companies with various needs, including administrative supervisors, secretaries, clerks, cleaners, drivers, plumbers, and others.

The company is headquartered in La Trinidad (near Baguio City) in Northern Luzon. The founder and president is the certified physiotherapist Ms. Jacqueline A. Martes.

The European hub, F4E HealthcareForce GmbH has been established in Germany and is managed by Mr. Martin Schneider, Senior Advisor of F4E HealthcareForce International Inc.

The Middle East is handled by Ms. Jacqueline Martes personally, due to her 18 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia as a qualified physiotherapist and private nurse. She first worked for a Saudi rehab center and has been working for one of the wealthiest families in Saudi Arabia (Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Ajlan Saad Al Ajlan) as a senior physiotherapist for the past 15 years.
